okay so tamaki is a lighthouse keeper in rural japan (all of their lighthouses have been automated for decades but let’s pretend anyway). and he spends his days in isolation, away from the village and everyone else, reading and keeping the light running and observing sea life and such. the village is really warm and friendly, and there’s nejire of course and he has plenty of friends, but he’s still withdrawn and keeps to himself. when people see him out, it’s mostly when he’s on the beach, collecting sea glass for his collection. everyone knows he has a collection, and gathers pieces for him whenever they see them.

mirio comes back home from something that had taken him far away (a sport, maybe?), and the rest of the story is them quietly relearning each other and falling deeply in love surrounded by the rest of the bnha cast in a very quaint setting.
